1. Introduction

Welcome to Consultation Pro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and any content provided by Consultation Pro. 3. User Accounts and Registration

Some portions of our services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete.

4. Fees and Payment

Consultation services may be subject to fees as outlined in our pricing information or in a customized proposal provided to you. All fees are due in accordance with the payment terms specified in your service agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services without liability to you or any third party. Any prepaid but unused services will be handled according to our refund policy.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours before the scheduled time) may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the consultation fee. Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice ("no-show") may result in a charge of the full consultation fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide you with reasonable notice and to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and deliverables provided as part of our consultation services, including but not limited to reports, presentations, analyses, and recommendations, are the intellectual property of Consultation Pro. These materials are provided for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

Any intellectual property that you provide to us during the consultation process remains your property. However, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use such materials as necessary to provide our services to you.

7. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of information shared during the consultation process. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information or methodologies disclosed to you during the consultation process that are identified as confidential or that would reasonably be understood to be confidential.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Consultation Pro and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, resulting from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Consultation Pro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from or relate to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Warsaw, Poland for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services.
